Planning - A Heist in the Family

For the first time, my wife rolled the dice for me. I got a couple of repeats this time around (parachute, arrow, and sheep), but I tried to approach them in a slightly different way. So, instead of being a imaginary parachute like in #2, there is an actual parachute jump. See, totally different.

Okay, so I'm not that clever, but I think my interpretation of the sheep dice this time around can make up for that lack of creativity.

As for putting these dice together, it took me less than two minutes to have the plot. However, the writing this time was harder. I knew where I wanted to get, but I spent so much time focusing on the details of the descent/approach to the house that by the time the 1-hour timer went off I was barely at the fountain. I gave myself another 20 minutes in order to get to the end.

I also felt myself really struggling with keeping past-tense throughout this story. I'm not quite sure why it was so difficult compared to the others, but I definitely rewrote multiple sentences. Hopefully I caught them all.

Thank you to everyone who continues to read these stories. It really encourages me to keep going and to write more. So please give me any feedback below and share this with others.
